The supermarket chain was concerned about their security posture after a competitor went out of business due to a ransomware event. They needed to modernize their cybersecurity program.

AHEAD' Solution

AHEAD built a cybersecurity program based on the NIST CSF, the CIS Critical Security Controls, and the MITRE ATT&ACK frameworks. AHEAD also performed a financial cost analysis with a 3-year plan for the board's acceptance.

The board approved the plan, and in year two, the chain has greatly reduced their risk profile.
