AHEAD Expands Partnership With ServiceNow To Accelerate Enterprise AI Value

Three new offerings help clients put AI to work, maximize existing platform investments, and strengthen critical infrastructure resilience
CHICAGO – September 09, 2026 – AHEAD, a global provider of AI-driven cloud, data, infrastructure, and security platforms, today announced an expanded partnership with ServiceNow, the AI control tower for business reinvention. The company launched three new solutions designed to help enterprises get even greater value from their ServiceNow investments: AI Path to Value, ServiceNow Platform Value Realization, and Critical Infrastructure Lifecycle Management.
The new offerings, announced timed to ServiceNow’s annual Global Partner Ecosystem Summit, extend AHEAD’s ServiceNow capabilities across three critical areas of enterprise transformation: putting ServiceNow AI capabilities into operation, improving the value organizations realize from the platform they already own, and connecting business services to the infrastructure that already supports them.
“ServiceNow gives enterprises a powerful foundation for transforming how work gets done, but realizing that potential requires more than simply turning on new capabilities,” said Ryan Crosby, vice president intelligent operations sales at AHEAD. “Our goal is to help clients move from platform investment to measurable operational impact, whether that means identifying where AI can deliver value today, getting more from capabilities they already have, or better understanding the infrastructure dependencies behind the services they rely on.”
AI Path to Value
AHEAD’s AI Path to Value is an intelligent operations program designed to help organizations identify, prioritize, and operationalize ServiceNow AI opportunities based on their business priorities and existing environment.
The program combines AHEAD’s proprietary AI Pathfinder tool, client-tested processes, operational expertise, and implementation experience to evaluate a client’s ServiceNow AI entitlements alongside business priorities, platform and operational maturity, data quality and desired outcomes. The evaluation identifies the ServiceNow AI capabilities that can best support those objectives.
AHEAD then translates those recommendations into a practical roadmap that prioritizes platform capabilities and agentic use cases, including projected return on investment. The program continues through implementation, which may include enabling an AI assistant, deploying an agent, redesigning workflows for agentic automation or establishing governance through the ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
The result is an initial set of ServiceNow AI capabilities operating in the client environment, along with a roadmap for expanding adoption as business needs and the ServiceNow AI Platform evolve.
ServiceNow Platform Value Realization
AHEAD’s ServiceNow Platform Value Realization solution helps organizations identify and close the gap between the ServiceNow capabilities they already own and the value they realize from them.
AHEAD works with client teams to assess how ServiceNow is being used day to day, identify inefficient or misaligned workflows, and surface gaps between licensed capabilities and what has been deployed. The solution also addresses the organizational changes required to act on those findings, including workflow redesign, role and ownership alignment, and adoption across platform users.
By taking an evidence-based approach to platform utilization, AHEAD enables clients to improve adoption, streamline processes, and make better use of existing ServiceNow licenses and capabilities.
Critical Infrastructure Lifecycle Management
The Critical Infrastructure Lifecycle Management solution extends ServiceNow service and asset context into the physical infrastructure lifecycle so that organizations can strengthen operational resilience across the systems that support their most critical business services.
ServiceNow provides asset and lifecycle management, service context, dependency mapping, change governance, and incident and recovery workflows. AHEAD extends that context into physical infrastructure by connecting procurement, logistics, inventory, component, and deployment information through AHEAD Hatch.
This creates a clearer view of the dependency chain behind critical services, including servers and compute accelerators supporting AI workloads, as well as racks, networks, storage, power, cooling, firmware, and facility systems. With this context, teams can prioritize which infrastructure to maintain, remediate, replace, or recover based on the business service it supports, the consequences of failure, dependencies at risk, and the effort required to recover or replace it.
The solution helps organizations identify infrastructure dependencies that could create service disruption, prioritize lifecycle and modernization investments by business impact, assess change risk, identify aging or unsupported assets earlier, and coordinate procurement, deployment, support, refresh, and retirement decisions.
An Elite ServiceNow Partner
Together, the three solutions reflect AHEAD’s approach to helping organizations move from ServiceNow implementation to seeing measurable business and operational outcomes. AHEAD’s ServiceNow practice combines consulting, implementation, operational expertise, and technology engineering enables clients to modernize service operations, embed AI into workflows, and turn platform investments into measurable business value.
